Description
The most gentle of life-stealing oceans drifts in and out upon a chipped beach of flowering nonsense. A harvest will bring from near and far the lost, the wandering, and the desperate. From the plains grow a forest, but from a single apple may grow a tree. When the fruit falls the wasteland will be reclaimed by the seekers of its ancient ecosystem. Eons ago the lake was stolen from thirsty seeds, and what will not be given back will be taken back.

I eagerly await the arrival of true and lush life in the wasteland. For when this happens, I suspect that another area that is currently lush and full of greenery will become the new and cleansed wasteland, full of it's own new beauty to be explored.
